Finding the right program tailored to fit and meet the individual needs of all my clients - whether making that first home purchase, refinancing the current home, buying a second home, investing in a rental property, or building your dream home is my number one priority. I directly service the Guernsey, Muskingum, Coshocton, Licking, Holmes, Tuscarawas, Carrol, Harrison, Belmont, and Noble counties, but I have the ability to lend throughout the state of Ohio and in most of the 50 U.S. states.
