Park Apartments

The Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMH) in conjunction with the Community Housing Network (CHN) will redevelop the site of the obsolete former Park Hotel in Toledo, OH into Park Apartments. Park Apartments is a 45-unit Permanent Supportive Housing for young adults aged 18 to 24 who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless. Supportive services will be offered to the residents with the goal of helping them have a stable home and the opportunity to access services that will help them remain in housing and transition into adulthood.

Huntington is proud to sponsor this important project and has provided a $6.2 million construction loan and a $1 million FHLB AHP Grant co-sponsored by Huntington.

LMH is local to the Toledo market and is the lead developer on the project. CHN was selected as a co-developer because of their experience and expertise in developing permanent supportive housing projects.

Construction of the new Park Apartments will have a positive impact on the strength and stability of this local community, providing at-risk young adults with a stable and supportive place to call home.
