Hillcrest Green II is a new construction, multifamily, affordable housing development in the Hillcrest neighborhood directly across from Oklahoma City Community College in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The property will provide 43 newly constructed 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) one-bedroom units for seniors aged 55 and older earning up to 50% and 60% of Area Median Income (AMI), with six units for seniors with physical and mental disabilities.

Huntington Community Impact Capital (CIC) is proud to provide $7.7 million in direct Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity and $8.4 million in construction loan financing to build Hillcrest Green II.

The Sponsor, TWG Development (TWG), is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. With a focus on development, financing, design, construction and management, TWG has transacted over $1.9 billion in development costs and over 10,000 units nationwide in its 17 years of experience.
