Croft at Rosecott will create quality affordable housing for families with lower income, which is greatly needed given the high rent burden in the Twin Cities. Of the 164 units, 25 will be set aside for households at or below 50% of Area Median Income (AMI), with the remaining units eligible for households earning no more than 60% of AMI.
Amenities will include a club room, multi-purpose assembly space, work from home space, fitness center, kids’ zone, and teen lounge, as well as automated package delivery and dedicated bike storage. The courtyard will feature a patio with grill stations, a playground, and a multisport court.
Huntington Community Impact Capital (CIC) is providing $15.9 million in 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity. Croft at Rosecott is Huntington CIC’s second project with Schafer Richardson and will be the seventh affordable housing project they have completed in the Twin Cities. Huntington CIC is proud to support this highly impactful affordable housing development, which will provide a quality, family-friendly living environment that strengthens this Twin Cities community.
