Huntington Community Impact Capital (CIC) is pleased to provide The Wallick Companies (“Wallick”), a long-standing Huntington Bank client, a $5 million loan that will be included in the capital stack for construction of Corners Crossing.

Wallick is considered one of the most experienced developers of housing for low‐income families and seniors in the country, with their portfolio development projects dating back to 1969. Their development arm oversees the acquisition, design, site selection, development, preservation, financing and refinancing of affordable properties. Wallick has nearly four decades of experience partnering with The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and obtaining tax credits.

With this property development, we are providing a greatly needed affordable housing option for individuals and families in this Michigan community.
