Huntington Opens New Community Park in West Detroit
To celebrate the opening of Huntington Community Park on the westside of Detroit, Huntington colleagues joined 100 individuals from the Marygrove Community Association (MCA) and other partners for a ribbon cutting ceremony.
MCA works to preserve and improve the conditions that make their community a viable and pleasant place to reside, work, and enjoy life. Receiving their support for Huntington Community Park ensures it offers events like a community-owned and operated farmers' market and youth entrepreneurship program.
Toledo Revitalization with a New Branch
Huntington held a grand opening for its new branch in Toledo’s Garfield neighborhood, a low-to moderate-income census tract. The new branch is one of only two banks in the area and will provide customers with access to ATMs, and tellers, as well as personal and private bankers. The new branch will serve Garfield residents by providing better access to banking and many other critical services.
Leaders in the Toledo market gave opening remarks and emphasized the importance of the branch in their community.
