Huntington Private Capital seeks limited partner investments with qualified SBIC-backed private credit and equity funds that have a proven track record of investing. Target funds are typically $100 million to $500 million in committed capital, including SBIC leverage.

The Huntington Private Capital team maintains longstanding relationships with our fund managers that extend beyond just the current fund raise. We also have debt and equity co-investment capabilities that can help to extend our fund managers’ reach.

Huntington Private Capital also has direct junior debt and equity co-investment capabilities that can extend our fund managers reach. Huntington Private Capital can participate in common, preferred and sub-debt securities supporting leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth capital transactions.

Our target investment is $3 million to $10 million in companies with EBITDA between $3 million and $15 million. We are generalist investors, working closely with businesses that have high free cash flow, strong management teams, substantial barriers to entry, and EBITDA margins of more than 10%. Our team consists of experienced specialists who support a broad portfolio of industries including healthcare, franchise, environmental services, consumer products, and more.
